General information about your prescription
Your prescription includes 3 different kinds of medications, including both prescription medications and herbal-glandular mixture. They are called, Controller, Balance and Thermogenic respectively. They may be in the form of tablets or capsules.
Take each individual medication only as prescribed. Read the labels as to the dosage and times to take each medication. Because the medications are formulated specially for you, do not take any other patient's medications.
Take medication on an empty stomach. Do not eat one hour before. Most medications can be taken with these medications. However, do no take any medication containing ephedrine, such as is found in over-the-counter cold medications, and do not take any medication containing a MAO inhibitor.
Because dosages, schedules, and formulations are made for each patient, side effects are minimal. After an initial "break-in" period in which your body is adjusting to the medication, you should experience no ill effects
Once you have stopped the medications, immediately begin the maintenance program.
Do not take medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and keep out of the reach of children.
Your exercise program
Exercise is an important part of your weight loss program. The most important type of exercise is the aerobic.(Example: Stairmaster, jogging, brisk walking, bicycle riding).
During the active phase of weight loss, try to exercise at least 45 minutes, 5 days per week.
Weight training is not advised initially. Since increasing muscle mass leads to some degree of weight gain, serious weight training should only be initiated upon arriving at your desired weight.
Carboxytherapy can be an excellent adjunct to your program. You can visit our website: www.carboxytherapymiami.com or ask the Doctor about this therapy.
